Berlin Raceway presents a unique short-track challenge in Marne, Michigan. Why? The 0.438-mile layout features a distinctive shape that requires high mechanical grip on corner exit.

Surface Strategy: The asphalt oval demands a balanced aerodynamic setup to prevent nose-plow in the center of the corners. So What? Teams that prioritize front-end compliance will have the momentum required to execute passes on the short straights without overheating the right-rear tire.

Pre-Race Operations Schedule

A compressed single-day schedule dictates the flow of technical preparation:

Practice (3 – 3:45 p.m. ET): The critical 45-minute window for final chassis adjustments. So What? Crew chiefs will focus on long-run tire fall-off metrics to prepare for the 200-lap distance.

Qualifying (4:30 p.m. ET): Single-car, 2-lap format. Why? Clean air is paramount at Berlin, making a top-5 starting spot essential for avoiding mid-pack "check-ups."
