Tech Section: The Multi-Corner Engineering Puzzle
The ARCA Menards Series returns to Pocono for the first time since 2023, facing a layout where three corners are modeled after different tracks: Trenton (T1), Indianapolis (T2), and Milwaukee (T3).
Aero Transfer Strategy: Why? Teams are pulling drag profiles from the recent Michigan event to maximize speed on the 3,740-foot frontstretch. So What? If an engineer builds a pure "low-drag" rocket, the car will wash out in the flat Turn 2, destroying the tires and losing multiple tracking positions per lap.
General Tire Technicals: Why? General Tire is providing a specialized, durable compound to resist extreme loading. So What? High aerodynamic downforce slams the car in Turn 1, while Turn 2 requires sidewall flex to "bite" the asphalt.
