Race Status: OFFICIAL | Winner: Tyler Reddick (#45)
Tyler Reddick (#45 23XI Racing Toyota) made history on the 2.4-mile National Course, becoming the first driver in NASCAR's 78-year history to win the opening three races of a Cup Series season. Starting from the pole with a record-shattering lap of 1:37.760, Reddick led 58 of 95 laps to claim his 11th career victory. He held off road-course specialist Shane van Gisbergen by a 3.944-second margin, effectively locking himself into the 2026 Playoffs.
The updated 750 hp package paired with reduced downforce and softer Goodyear compounds (D-5242) provided the intended technical challenge. FOX metrics indicated slides and overtakes were up 15% from 2025. Tire management was critical as track temperatures reached 109 degrees at the start.
