Tech Section: Mechanical Asymmetry & Brake Fatigue
The ARCA series utilizes Gen-4 style chassis with Five Star composite bodies. At Lime Rock, the technical challenge is uniquely asymmetrical. Why? Out of 7 turns, only Turn 3 is a left-hander. So What? Crew chiefs must build highly biased suspension geometries, deliberately sacrificing compliance in Turn 3 to ensure the platform rails through the high-G right-hand compressions of the Downhill and West Bend.
Spec Hardware: Naturally aspirated V8s with 390 cfm 4-barrel carburetors. Why? This package delivers abrupt torque. So What? Traction management is critical when climbing out of West Bend to prevent rear-tire spinning and overheating.

Thomas Annunziata (#70 Nitro): The defending race winner. Why? His pure sports car background gives him a technical edge in rhythm-heavy sections. So What? He is the benchmark for the field and the primary favorite to repeat.
Tristan McKee (#28 PRG): 15-year-old road-course prodigy. Why? Driving for Pinnacle Racing Group, which swept Chicagoland. So What? His ability to find "rhythm" lines early in practice makes him the biggest technical threat to Annunziata.
